In addition to our scheduled meetings, we also arrange field trips to interesting places to photograph. Trips in the past have included the Philadelphia Zoo, Pepsico, the Adirondacks, Essex, CT Steam Train, Green Chimney’s Birds of Prey Day and more! Tarrytown Lighthouse and environs.
Hello, all! Hope you are having a fabulous summer. We’re planing a photo shoot in Tarrytown (Westchester County) on Sunday, August 7th. Here is the itinerary:

Morning:
7:45 am/Breakfast: Meet at the Horseman Restaurant (276 N Broadway , Sleepy Hollow , NY 10591 | 914-631-2984) for breakfast OR
8:45 am/Cemetery: Meet at the entrance to the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery (540 N Broadway , Sleepy Hollow , NY 10591 | 914-631-0081)
Note: You can park at Philipsburg Manor and walk across to the cemetery. OR
10:00 am/Philipsburg Manor: Meet at Phillipsburg Manor parking lot (381 N. Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591 | : 914-631-3992)

Afternoon:
Break for Lunch @ Horseman or other Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow Restaurant (to be decided)
2 pm – Tarrytown Lighthouse (Kingsland Point Park, Route 9, Sleepy Hollow, NY). Last tour starts at 2:30 pm.

Hours are 10 am to 5 pm, and we will meet there at opening time. After the shoot, we’ll enjoy a traditional Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich.

Green Chimneys – Birds of Prey (400 Doansburg Road, Brewster, NY)

Opening time is 11 am, but get there early for parking! There will be lots of photo-ops, including the birds of prey (owls, hawks and falcons), farm animals and more!

Eldridge Street Museum and NYC at Night
join us on our photo shoot this Sunday, April 10th, at the Eldridge Street Museum. We’ll meet at 1:30 pm:

Afterwards we plan on dining at a local Chinese or Italian restaurant. For those who wish to linger for some early evening photography, we’ll decide at dinner where to go: perhaps stay in the area around Chinatown or Little Italy, wander over to City Hall or maybe to Brooklyn Bridge Park.
